Outdoors at Tamahere Park (TCC end)

Look for the Big Bee under the trees or maybe tucked up beside the Tamahere Community Centre (TCC)!!! We could be combining an array of battle ropes, weights, resistance bands, sledgehammer, rings and body weight exercises to squeeze in at the end of the day this summer. This is for beginners to the more advanced athlete to help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Cost: $15 per session or check out the fitness package.

Easily Wai Piiki’s most popular class and we don’t stop through the winter! There are actually huge benefits to training in cooler conditions, so get some gloves and come join the fun.

Wednesday Hump day HIIT
Indoors at Tamahere Community Centre

6am - 6:45am

Blowing up in the Tamahere Community Centre with midweek Mobility and High Intensity Interval Training. This term and if being inside is all you want to that’s cool too. But make sure you come back then every Wednesday for some group accountability.

Mobilise and Socialise

Social walk

Tue 9am - 10am

A social walk to do a range of thorough stretches & easy movements before heading back…. and possibly have an even more social coffee.

Cost: $5 per session.

Working out in the privacy of your own home can be great but often short lived. If you need a push, a plan, a goal and someone to inspire you to be the best you, book now!

Running

Kids Running Group

Learn footwork, coordination, strength and balance and have a good run with a group. Each session ends with a fun game.

Suitable for kids in year two to six.

Cost: $70 a term for one day a week or $120 per term for two days a week.

When: 2.45-3.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays

Online or In-person Coaching

Here our goal is to get you up and ‘buzzing round’, whatever your next or first running goal is. For this I will offer a one-to-one session to see where you are at and how you move …

Even if you think you could only walk at the moment we will build up with fun, cardio intervals, bursts of aerobic exercise, strength training and stretches.

Your goal might be to just make it round the block or run a marathon, ours is for you to fall in love with running, the timeless staple of fitness.

Cost: $75 per session.
